Thank you for your interest in The RISE Project! We have a number of ways for you to utilize the small group be • coming • us videos. There are four videos which run approximately 16-21 minutes each. The links below will allow you to watch or download the four RISE episodes in various ways to suit your needs.
The above YouTube and Vimeo links will allow you to watch and stream the videos.
YouTube typically has a better ability to stream HD videos without glitches. You can start the download by pushing play, and then pause it in order to allow the player to download a portion of the video. This will help you to stay ahead of your viewing speed. Vimeo’s player is less stable and seems to tax computer processors and Internet speeds more. Both YouTube and Vimeo allow you to choose a resolution which streams the best according to your Internet speed.
Another option is to download the videos (before watching), so you can play them later from your laptop or computer. Vimeo has the best option to download the videos. You will find the download tab below the player screen and slightly to the right. This tab gives you several resolution options to download. The advantage of this option is that it allows you to watch and play the videos at a later time without an Internet connection. Of course your Internet speed will determine how long it will take to download the videos and how new and fast your computer is will affect how well the HD videos will play. There are a number of HD and SD quality resolutions to choose from and download on Vimeo.
There is also a Google Drive link which will allow you to download the highest quality HD version to your computer as well.
